The best source for the global synthetic drug companies is medicinal plants. Numerous antibacterial qualities are included in the chemicals that were isolated from the therapeutic plants. To work on microbial pathogens for the development of novel drugs, a comprehensive testing protocol for antimicrobial chemicals in plants is required. Momordica cymbalaria, a plant with secondary metabolites including phenols, steroids, flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and glycosides, is a significant medicinal cucurbit. Using the agar disc diffusion technique, extracts of Momordica cymbalaria fruit, stem, and leaf were evaluated for antibacterial activity. Standard antibiotics include streptomycin and amphotericin, and solvent including methanol were employed to test the antibacterial activity. Methanol had the strongest antibacterial qualities against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans.
