Abstract

This study evaluates passenger satisfaction with airline services by examining various service quality dimensions and their impact on passenger perceptions and loyalty. Utilizing the SERVQUAL model, the research explores vital factors such as in-flight, ground services, and the overall travel experience. Data was collected from 300 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using frequency analysis, Chi-square test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal significant relationships between service quality dimensions and passenger satisfaction, highlighting the need for continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance customer loyalty. The study provides actionable insights for airline management to improve service quality and passenger satisfaction
