The rapid growth of fintech presents both significant challenges and opportunities for enhancing the financial inclusion of (MSMEs) The regulatory framework plays a crucial role in the development of the fintech industry, namely in its capacity to enhance financial inclusion for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Fintech advancements, including crowd financing, payment platforms, and digital lending, provide significant prospects for tackling the financial inequality faced by MSMEs, which are often neglected by traditional financial institutions. However, these technological improvements also bring up regulatory challenges that need careful and thorough consideration. Excessive regulation has the potential to impede innovation, but insufficient regulation may lead to dangers that might erode faith in the financial system. An effective regulatory strategy may foster a competitive environment that improves access to credit for MSMEs and reduces costs. This, in turn, promotes the development of fintech. Aim: The main aim of the research is to analyze the key regulatory challenges that Fintech companies face in enhancing financial inclusion for MSMEs. Methodology: In order to achieve the goals of this study, a sample of 100 micro, small, and medium companies (MSMEs) was chosen. Additionally, the interview process included the participation of the manager or individual responsible for overseeing marketing and sales operations inside each unique organization. Implications and conclusion: The study's implications for MSMEs are significant, as it suggests that a supportive regulatory framework can significantly enhance their access to essential financial services. This improved access can help MSMEs overcome traditional financing obstacles, thereby allowing them to improve their financial management, invest in development, and increase their competitiveness in the global market.
