The objective of this empirical, quantitative, and survey based descriptive research is to identify and compare the awareness of sanitary workers towards the impacts of heavy workload on their health. The study sampled 100 respondents from both multi speciality and single speciality hospitals in Tirunelveli city of Tamil Nadu, India using both judgement and convenience sampling techniques.
