Abstract

Menstruation is a completely normal biological process during the adolescence phase of girls. But it is a matter of concern that, when girls first experience it, they have relatively little information about menstrual health and cleanliness. Social constraints, as well as lack of openness on the part of parents and teachers, have hindered adolescent girls’ access to accurate menstrual information.
