Aim: Comparative evaluation of sensitivity and shade change by at-home and in-office tooth bleaching techniques to improvise the aesthetics. Methodology: A randomised clinical trial including 20 participants were assessed for teeth shades by the examiner visually and for sensitivity using visual analogue scale (VAS). Followed by Different treatment regimens, the patients were randomly allocated into laser teeth whitening and whitening strips group. Statistical analysis: The Mann–Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed rank test were used to determine differences in sensitivity between groups and at different time points. The shade data was also analysed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test.
