A paradigm change has occurred as a result of the introduction of artificial intelligence into healthcare, changing interventions, medication discovery, diagnostic methods, and health analytics. In order to better serve the requirements of patients and their families, this study investigates the possibilities of AI-based chatbot systems, with a particular emphasis on machine learning techniques and natural language processing. We describe a scenario in which an AI disease prediction chatbot helps people by giving advice and support in relevant scenarios. Pregnant women, moms, and families with small children are the target audience for this chatbot.
