Default of Lepramatous Leprosy Patient with Lucio Phenomenon

Abstract
Lucio phenomenon is type II leprosy reaction, The occurrence of Lucio’s phenomenon is often associated with either no treatment or insufficient treatment for leprosy. We reported a case report default of lepramatous leprosy patient with lucio phenomenon. Lucio Phenomenon is difficult to diagnose. Some cases of Lucio’s phenomenon are misdiagnosed. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of this case can reduce morbidity, mortality and the risk of complications.
