This study investigates fetal brain development and its association with neurodevelopmental disorders using high-resolution MRI imaging. The primary purpose was to identify and characterize structural differences between normal fetuses and those diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders, focusing on cortical thickness, hippocampal volume, ventricular volume, and corpus callosum area. A total of 475 fetuses were analyzed, including 300 normal and 175 with neurodevelopmental disorders. Our study employed standardized imaging protocols and longitudinal tracking to provide a comprehensive assessment of brain structures. Key findings include significantly reduced cortical thickness and hippocampal volume, as well as increased ventricular volume in fetuses with neurodevelopmental disorders compared to normal counterparts. These structural abnormalities were correlated with clinical symptoms and developmental milestones, indicating their potential as early biomarkers for neurodevelopmental disorders. The study highlights the importance of standardized MRI protocols for reliable diagnostics and underscores the need for further longitudinal research to refine early detection and intervention strategies
