Abstract
Cocoa production still become serious issue in agricultural country, and Indonesia is no exception. The Mitra Agribusiness Mandiri Cooperative has carried out several activity programs to increase the cocoa production of its assisted farmers, however the cooperative's performance is still less effective in carrying out business.
