Oral mucosal lesions present a diverse array of clinical challenges, ranging from discomfort to potential malignancy. Conventional treatment modalities often exhibit limitations in efficacy and adverse effects. Autologous platelet concentrates (APCs), a promising regenerative therapy, have garnered attention for their potential in oral lesion management. This review systematically evaluates the efficacy of APCs in treating various oral mucosal lesions.
