As the integration of metaverse technology and autonomous vehicles continues to reshape urban landscapes, ensuring responsible and unbiased actions through ethical decision-making algorithms is crucial. This paper introduces ETHIMET: a Novel Ethical Mitigation Framework for Unintended Biases in Metaverse-Integrated Autonomous Vehicle Decision- Making. ETHIMET addresses potential biases that may arise in the ethical decision-making processes within the metaverse. The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and virtual environments has introduced complexities to governing autonomous vehicles' ethical considerations.
