Objective: To Evaluate Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt Dysfunction with Characteristics by Doppler ultrasound Material & Method: The cross-sectional observational study was conducted at University of Lahore Teaching Hospital, Lahore from October 09, 2023, to March 21, 2024. The study aimed to investigate the diagnostic utility of Doppler US in conjunction with clinical characteristics for TIPS dysfunction during the transition to covered stents. A retrospective assessment was conducted on all patients treated in the University of Lahore teaching hospital between 2023 and 2024 who had angiography for a covered stent followed by a Doppler US test. The e-health records of the patients were examined to determine the cirrhosis etiology and to get demographic data. For a TIPS evaluation, 15 patients with 8 (53.33%) males and 7 (46.66%) females as well as 30 angiographic exams were performed.
