Abstract
Globally, tuberculosis (TB) is a great cause of mortality and continues to pose a threat to public health. Given its early bactericidal action, isoniazid (INH) is a crucial first-line treatment for tuberculosis. There is a rising demand for an alternative method of isoniazid administration for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in children.
