The main purpose of this study is to investigate the brain drug delivery properties of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) in the intranasal route. Bypassing the blood-brain barrier (BBB) is critical for the success of the treatment of CNS-related disorders. Efficient drug delivery without causing damage to the BBB is a major challenge. Utilization of biochemical disruption to reach the opened BBB to deliver the drug results in potentially dangerous side effects.
