Introduction: Orthopedic procedures involving the proximal end of the femur are commonplace in medical practice. Understanding the morphometry of the femur can mitigate potential complications associated with procedures related to vascular, metabolic, or traumainduced conditions. The current study aims to gather data on femur morphometric values to enhance implant design suitability for the specific needs of the population in Madhya Pradesh, thereby reducing potential issues
