Abstract
Spasmodic muscular contractions can be very annoying and distressing to the patients which may have debilitating effect on person life. Baclofen was tried in all three cases, statistically significant improvement seen with the use of baclofen from initial dose of 20 mg stepped up to 60 mg of dose per day. All three patients are on regular follow up and showing improvement in their symptoms.
