This work examines the SDOH because they play a central role in the determinants of health and, therefore, the development of public health approaches. Such an approach of fragmentation and coincidence of different studies offers the opportunity to highlight cross-sectional ideas about medicine and public health, climate change, urban disease ecology, and digital literacy as important determinants of health. The study utilises both qualitative and quantitative data; the quantitative data is collected from the scoping review of the evidence of health systems responses to climate change with finding of 25% increased health risk associated with climate change adaptation challenges. It also investigates how health risk behaviours affect mental wellbeing with the result indicating a 30 percent risk to adverse mental health. Present study shows that it is crucial to consider SDOH to improve the impact of health-related intercessions aimed at strengthening the resilience of communities and reducing inequalities. Hence, for health improvement and disparities’ reduction, effective strategies should target environment and/or behaviour. Therefore, this research promotes Health in All Policies which aims at involving determinants of health in policy formulations so as to support sustainable change.
