6063 aluminum alloy was investigated and analyzed in this study we're comparing the surfaces changed from different aluminum alloy in various load condition. Alloy 6063-0 not heat treated but 6063-T6 is tempering operation performed after that change its mechanical property. Grain boundaries of the 6063 aluminum alloy were the weakest positions in high stress zone with the help of solid work inclusion we find the 6063-O (Extruded rod) is grain boundaries of the 6063-0 (Extruded rod) is not change due to less heating zone create by high stress on applying load aluminum alloy were the weakest positions good tensile stress in comparing to other.6064-0(Extrudes rod) use in tensile application work , and it has good edibility and machinability. So its application to use rod.
