Abstract
Background- Electrocardiography (ECG) and Echocardiography carries information about cardiac disease and prognosis in COPD. Present study was aimed to study clinical, electrocardiographic and echocardiographic examination findings in detecting right ventricular dysfunction in COPD patients at a tertiary hospital. Material and Methods: Present study was cross sectional study, conducted patients with clinical diagnosis of COPD. Results: 50 cases were randomly selected in the present study, those who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
