Klinefelter syndrome (KS) is considered the most common sex chromosomal disorder in males from all over the world. Even though majority of the people showing this karyotype have 47, XXY, about 15% show mosaic patterns resulting in various phenotypic variations. This case study aims to explain how complementary therapies have a positive effect on a couple experiencing assisted reproduction due to primary infertility caused by Klinefelter syndrome of the partner to be treated at the First IVF Fertility Centre (FIVF). This was a journey of a 28- year old man, who was apparently healthy but discovered to have primary infertility on getting a result of azoospermia on semen analysis conducted at the FIVF. More extensive analysis and, in particular, karyotype through whole blood culture revealed Klinefelter Syndrome with XXY chromosome count. Although the couple experienced several cycles of unsuccessful attempts due to abnormal semen analysis results, they were able to achieve euploid embryos and a successful pregnancy.
