A significant shift in the medical and public health research has thrived under the advancements of the digital health revolution in data features, quality and availability for patients. This research focuses on the adoption of e Health technology, including EHR, wearable devices and telemedicine systems. Using both a survey with 500 healthcare specialists and 1000 patients the study shows that the effectiveness of digital health tools in diagnosis has increased by 30% and the readmission to hospitals decreased by 20%. In another note, patient participation improves by 25 percent with the adoption of telemedicine solutions. Nevertheless, problems like security issues and technical limitations still remain, and they affect 15% of the cases. The study area shows that although various digital health technologies present quite a number of opportunities, solving these problems is important in enhancing the usefulness of these technologies. Further studies should concern the improvement of the interaction between different systems and equal opportunities for using these technologies. This study offers understanding of today’s digital health in terms of its importance and its need for constant growth and changes due to the progressive character of the field.
