Through an analysis of many organizational contexts and employee viewpoints, this study aims to offer significant insights into the development and execution of welfare programmes that successfully promote employee allegiance and tenure within the company. Ultimately, the findings of this study aim to inform organizational strategies aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention in the modern workplace
