Abstract

Background. In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, many companies face challenges in achieving their goals, often due to low human resource productivity. Psychological workload can cause stress that negatively impacts employees' health, safety, and productivity. Additionally, the non-physical work environment and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) play a crucial role in employee productivity. Objectives. This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological workload, non-physical work environment conditions, and OSH implementation on employee productivity at PT. PATRA Supplies and Services. The study also explores the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable in this relationship.
