After coffee preparation, we obtain what is known as coffee grounds, which are one of the most valuable organic wastes that can be used in many different fields due to their lipidic and vital specificities. This study is part of the valorization of natural waste, the aim of this work is to experiment with the use of this product in the field of wastewater treatment as an adsorbent. The results we obtained from our experimental work show that both types of coffee grounds gave good adsorption performance, but the uncalcined coffee grounds samples gave better efficiency.
