Many of the previous studies have established the relationship between the acceptance/preference of local cuisines by tourists as per various components. This present study is a fair attempt to establish the same relationship as per the demographic components. The earlier researchers have stated that food/cuisine is very important components for promoting tourism in any country; Rajasthan is not an exception to the same, the culinary heritage of Rajasthan applauded globally. This present study is based on primary data and the respondents of the study are the tourists visiting Rajasthan in a specific time period. ANOVA (One Way) is being used as a tool to analyze the data and SPSS Ver. 22.0 is the platform used for the same. For considering the dependent variables, demographic aspects are considered.
