Natural gas provides an immediate opportunity for leading an equitable energy transition by guaranteeing energy security and minimizing the risks linked to climate change. The objective of this study is to determine the technical and economic feasibility of a natural gas pipeline network design to supply natural gas for two off-gas-grid localities Frane and Elkoum in Ouargla City. The calculation of the distribution network is carried out using the APHYRE program. The results show that the network consists of 419 nodes, with a pressure of 2.33 bar. The total length of the network is 57 km, in which the highest percentage is attributed to a diameter of 40 mm (54 %) because it is the diameter that directly serves customers.
