Many strategies have been devised to get over this obstacle, such as using nanocarriers and vehicles to enhance medication penetration. Several kinds of nanocarriers have been developed recently to enhance the percutaneous or dermal distribution of medications like "INVASOME." Our invasome gel, which is used to treat fungi, was filled with clotrimazole. The invasomal gel is prepared using the mechanical dispersion process. This preparation is assessed using a variety of factors, including appearance, solubility, spreadability, and in vitro drug diffusion.
