Abstract

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA) are two common chronic joint diseases that greatly affect patients' quality of life, each characterized by distinct yet overlapping pathophysiological mechanisms. Both conditions present significant challenges in clinical management. The changes in the levels of Osteocalcin, Osteonectin, Osteopontin, Vitamin D, Vaspin, and Visfatin in RA and OA patients highlight the intricate interplay between bone metabolism, inflammation, and immune responses.
