Introduction: Disease spread in urban areas is influenced by a complex interplay of population density, mobility patterns, and infrastructure disparities. Understanding these dynamics is critical for developing effective public health policies. This study investigates the patterns of disease transmission among 220 participants in urban settings and evaluates the implications for public health strategies. Objective: To analyze the spread of diseases in urban areas and identify key factors influencing transmission to inform evidence-based public health policies. Methodology: A cross-sectional study involving 220 participants was conducted at Lahore. Data on disease incidence, mobility patterns, and socio environmental factors were collected and analyzed. Heatmaps and network analysis were used to visualize and interpret disease spread. Results: Disease clusters were identified in areas with high population density, poor sanitation, and limited access to healthcare. Mobility patterns contributed significantly to the spread, with public transport hubs acting as hotspots. Conclusion: Urban disease spread is driven by environmental, infrastructural, and behavioral factors. Tailored public health policies focusing on sanitation improvements, mobility management, and targeted healthcare interventions are essential for mitigating transmission risks.
