Background: Digital governance is one of the modern tools that plays an increasingly important role in enhancing transparency and financial disclosure in the banking sector. This research aims to analyze the impact of digital governance technologies on the quality of financial disclosure in Egyptian banks. It will study how these technologies are applied to improve the level of disclosure, enhance transparency, and ensure compliance with international financial standards. Through a case study of some Egyptian banks, the research will address the challenges and opportunities faced by banks in adopting these technologies, as well as their impact on achieving sustainable development in the banking sector.
