Abstract

In the course of the last several decades, there has been a substantial shift in the function that Human Resources (HR) plays within enterprises. In the beginning, human resources was primarily concerned with administrative tasks; but, in recent years, it has evolved into a strategic partner in corporate operations, particularly in terms of building a collaborative work environment and developing healthy employee relations. The presence of mutual respect, good communication, and trust between employees and management are the defining characteristics of positive employee relations. They are essential to the success of a business because they result in increased levels of job satisfaction, increased levels of productivity, and decreased rates of employee turnover. The purpose of this study is to investigate the crucial role that Human Resources (HR) plays in developing a collaborative work environment within firms and increasing the likelihood of excellent employee interactions. Descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, and Cronbach's alpha were utilized in order to examine the data that was gathered through a survey that was administered to 127 individuals who filled out structured questionnaires. The most important findings suggest that human resource practices have a considerable impact on employee relations (Cronbach'salpha: HR Practices = 0.84, Employee Relations = 0.87), highlighting the significance of strategic recruitment, training, and fair performance management. Positive employee interactions, on the other hand, make a substantial contribution to a collaborative work environment (the mean score for the collaboration environment is 4.10), which is supported by activities that are effective in forming teams and developing leaders. The outcomes of these human resources investigations play a significant part in the formation of the culture of the business and in the creation of conditions that boost employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational agility. In order to maintain a competitive advantage and cultivate a dynamic and cohesive working environment, it is vital to implement HR practices that are effective in creating excellent employee relations and collaboration.
