It was assessed using structured questionnaires designed to gauge each factor's impact on talent management outcomes. Based on the data, each of the six criteria had an effect on staff management practices in the retail industry. The study offers useful information about how to develop and implement people management plans that are effective and tailored to the unique requirements of the retail business by examining these topics. The study's conclusions are important for HR specialists and organizational executives who want to build a skilled and dedicated workforce that can eventually support long-term financial success.
