Abstract

In recent decades, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful tool in managing crises and natural disasters. This technology, through processing vast amounts of data and extracting complex patterns, assists organizations and governments in predicting, responding to, and recovering from crises. Machine learning algorithms can predict natural disasters and aid authorities in taking preventive measures. In response, AI uses robots and drones to quickly assess affected areas and optimize resource allocation. In recovery, this technology aids in planning and managing reconstruction projects. Despite challenges such as data privacy and the need for high-quality data, there are numerous opportunities to improve crisis management. International cooperation and the development of appropriate infrastructure are essential to fully exploit this potential.
