By examining a range of HRM practices—including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement—the research identifies their impact on fostering an innovative organizational culture. In the service industry, this research looks at how HRM practices relate to organizational innovation. The study investigates the effects of human resource management (HRM) practices on workers' inventiveness and creativity, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and engagement. Using a suitable selection procedure, 95 service sector personnel from five different sales and service facilities were surveyed for this quantitative study. Both commitment-driven and innovation-driven HRM strategies have a favorable effect on organizational innovation, according to this study's results. At the same time, outcomes demonstrate that HPWS has little influence on creativity inside organizations.
