Abstract
Background Obesity provides a public health problem and a significant medical, with a global economic burden assessed at $1.72 trillion worldwide. Methods This was observational research conducted on 300 obesity patients at Zliten Medical Center. The cases have been separated into 2 groups: Group I: 150 cases had a one anastomosis gastric bypass; group II: 150 cases had sleeve gastrectomy.
