The restoration of angled adjacent dental implants poses significant challenges in achieving both aesthetic and functional outcomes. This article describes a complete digital workflow that addresses these challenges, offering a precise and efficient method for rectifying implant angles. By leveraging advanced digital tools, including computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM), this approach ensures the accurate fabrication and delivery of implant-supported restorations. The process includes modifying scan posts for accurate digital acquisition, using zirconia for restoration fabrication, and implementing a combined extraoral and intraoral cementation protocol.
