Background: Type 2 dibetes melitus (T2DM) leads to secondary pathophysiological changes in various organ. Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is that the most serious form of coronary heart disease and high‐sensitivity C‐Reactive Protein (hs‐CRP) as a biomarker of inflammation has been shown to be associated with prognosis in patients with ACS. Various studies have shown that elevated of glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) worsen the clinical outcomes of patients with T2DM who experience ACS. The purpose of this study is to analysis correlation of hs-CRP and HbA1c levels with in-hospital outcome ACS in T2DM patients. Methods: This research is cross-sectional observational study. The population is patients T2DM with ACS at Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital from November 2023 to June 2024. The statistical test was chi-square test. Results: The study consisted of 60 male (68.2%) and 28 female (31.8%) with mean age of 61 years. Analysis of hs-CRP and HbA1c levels with in-hospital outcome showed no significant correlation (p>0.05). Analysis of hs-CRP and HbA1c levels with amount of in hospital outcomes showed significant correlation (p<0.05). Conclusions: There was no correlation of hs-CRP and HbA1c levels with in-hospital outcome, but there is an correlation of hs-CRP and HbA1c levels with the amount of in-hospital outcomes T2DM with ACS patients.
