This work includes the design and synthesis of a class of carboxamides, designated (4a-t), of 1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-Nbenzylidene hydrazine derivatives. There were several steps involved in the synthesis technique, including pharmacophore modeling, in vivo screening, and investigating the binding mechanism of the produced compounds using molecular docking experiments performed using 3QEL protein, which is known to be an NMDA receptor antagonist.
