The sample of this study includes 641 Tunisian school students aged between 13 and 16 years (42.3%) and between 17 and 20 years (57.7%). Among them, 258 are boys and 383 are girls. Four hundred and twelve subjects (64.3%) were middle school students at the time of data collection, while two hundred and nine were high school students (35.7%). In addition, 37% of students are affiliated with civil associations and clubs, while 63% only practice sport during physical education sessions. The sample was divided into two groups randomly: the first group (n = 301) for the exploratory factor analyzes and the second group (n = 340) for the confirmatory factor analyses. The test-retest results showed strong stability over time for the “feelings of competence” dimension. The dimensions “shared learning”, “sports motivation” and “perceived usefulness” also showed acceptable values. Internal consistency, measured by the α-Cronbach index, was high (0.94 with a confidence interval of 0.90 to 0.95). Confirmatory factor analysis validated the hypothesis of a unidimensional structure. All the elements of social network educational use scale (SNES-18) among students are grouped on a single dimension. In conclusion, this instrument is short, pleasant and innovative, with good psychometric properties
