Abstract

Structures with sporadic shapes are more helpless against tremor harm, particularly in high seismic zones. By evaluating parameters like storey overturning moment, storey drift, displacement, and design lateral forces, this study aims to comprehend the behavior of such structures. A 15-story working in four unique shapes (Rectangular, L-shape, H shape, and C-shape) was examined utilizing ETABS 9.7.1. The findings indicate that, particularly in high seismic zones, buildings with severe irregularities experience greater deformation. Also, story upsetting second reductions with level, and customary structures have higher base shear contrasted with sporadic ones.
