Patient Safety is a global issue that must be prioritized in health care facilities, nurses have an important role in maintaining and improving patient safety whose awareness of the urgency of patient safety must be increased and E-Modules are one of the learning media that can be empowered to educate nurses.This study uses a quantitative research method, Quasi Experimental research design with a One Group Pre-Test Post Test approach, the study population is all nurses in the inpatient wards of 5 Private Hospitals in Sumatera, namely Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital, Rosiva Mother and Child Hospital, Methodist Susanna Wesley Hospital, Horas Insani Hospital, and Murni Teguh Pematang Siantar Hospital, namely 972 nurses. Sampling was determined by the proportional random sampling method, namely 311 nurses. The results of the study showed that the respondents consisted of nurses with Gen Z characteristics (<30 years) as many as 211 people (67.8%), Nurse education level as many as 182 people (58.5%) and work experience Pre-Clinical Nurses as many as 111 people (35.7%), based on the analysis of non-parametric tests with the Wilcoxon test, it is known that there is a difference in the score of nurses' attitudes towards patient safety between before and after the E Module empowerment intervention as a learning medium (P value = 0.001 <α = 5%) and based on the results of the study it is known that there was an increase in attitude scores from 47.80 to 61.76 which means that E Module empowerment has a significant effect on increasing the score of nurses' attitudes towards patient safety. Nurses are expected to always improve their knowledge, self-awareness attitudes and develop habits in implementing patient safety targets so that patient safety programs can run optimally.
