Experimental Methods in Protein and Peptide Synthesis and Analysis

Abstract
In this study we are presenting the modeling of polypeptide chains for desirable functions and folds. The experimental methods for solid phase peptide synthesis using Shippard’s Synthesis of polypeptides, purification methods using freeze dryer at low pressure. The characterization methods include mass spectrometry, RP-C18 HPLC, 2D-NMR methods for structure elucidation, Circular Dichroism, Spectrophotometry, Fluorescence, Isothermal Titration Calorimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.
