This study identified the strengths and areas for improvement in operational governance that directly impact the delivery of healthcare quality in the single specialty Hospital. By assessing the effectiveness of governance practices, this study provides valuable insights and recommendations to enhance overall healthcare quality and patient satisfaction. The outcomes of this research include suggestions for targeted interventions which would improve operational processes and enhance healthcare quality outcomes.
