Abstract

Miconazole nitrate is a powerful antifungal medication that is commonly used to treat fungal infections. Because of its low absorption and degradation qualities, it is not appropriate for topical application. The stability, solubility, and transdermal availability of the medication were improved in this investigation by using nanoemulgels containing miconazole nitrate. This makes the medication more effective as a treatment. To create nanoemulsions, intensely charged emulsification was used. To create the nanoemulgel, a gel basis was then added. The recipe was improved through an analysis of the physicochemical features. The characteristics included drug release methods, density, zeta potential, and particle size.
