Abstract

Bacterial disease are diseases caused by bacteria. There are number of bacteria found in the human body. Hibiscus rosa sinensis is member of family malvaceae, grow as green herbaceous plant in tropical regions, it is a tropical shrub. The object of study is to formulate and optimize Hibiscus rosa sinensis emulgel system and to determine the phytochemical constituents using different solvent and to study the antibacterial effect of methyl acetate extract at different concentration against the bacteria. Phytochemical screening of Hibiscus rosa sinensis flower by two extraction solvent are carried out and antibacterial activity of three concentration of ethyl acetate extract were screened against three bacteria such as E. coli, S. aureus, P.
