This study aimed to examine the impact of information on university students' utilization of modern menstrual methods. Conducted at Renaissance University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the study involved 57 selected female students. A pre-test assessed their initial understanding, revealing significant knowledge gaps. The findings showed that the majority (64.91%) used period pads, while a smaller percentage used menstrual cups (31.57%) and tampons (3.50%). The study identified significant age-related biases in menstrual health practices through a chi-square test. These results highlight the need for age-specific educational interventions to improve menstrual health awareness among university students.
