Abstract

Background Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder in women of reproductive age, often complicated by obesity. While PCOS presents with a range of reproductive and metabolic abnormalities, obesity may further aggravate its clinical and biochemical features.To compare the reproductive and biochemical changes in obese and non-obese women diagnosed with PCOS.
