Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips educators with skills to address student mental health issues, fostering supportive learning environments. This study examines teacher preparedness post-MHFA training, its impact on classroom dynamics, and benefits for both teachers and students. Based on feedback from 50 teachers and 20 relevant sources, findings show improved teacher confidence in recognizing distress, enhancing empathy, positivity, and student outcomes. MHFA integration in training programs strengthens teacher-student relationships and global learning environments. Educators and stakeholders can use these insights to create inclusive, resilient classrooms that promote academic success and emotional well being.
