Abstract

This study explores the methods of treatment and rehabilitation for patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH), a condition characterized by the death of bone tissue due to insufficient blood supply. ANFH can result from various factors, including trauma, alcohol consumption, and certain medications, leading to significant pain, limited mobility, and reduced quality of life. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of different therapeutic approaches and propose optimized treatment protocols. The study included 100 patients diagnosed with ANFH, who were treated at specialized medical facilities. Both conservative methods, such as pharmacological therapy (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and chondroprotectors) and physiotherapy, and surgical interventions, including osteotomy and hip replacement, were analyzed. Rehabilitation programs incorporating physical therapy and psychological support were also assessed. Results indicated that a multidisciplinary approach significantly enhances clinical outcomes. Of the patients, 60% responded positively to conservative treatments, reporting a marked decrease in pain and improved joint function. Among those who underwent surgery, 80% experienced substantial improvements in quality of life, with an increase in mobility and overall satisfaction. Patient feedback highlighted the importance of rehabilitation in their recovery, with 90% expressing enhanced emotional well being. Statistical analysis confirmed that integrated treatment strategies were more effective than isolated methods. This study underscores the necessity for individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. In conclusion, optimizing the methods of treatment and rehabilitation for ANFH patients not only improves clinical outcomes but also enhances their quality of life. Future research should focus on developing innovative therapeutic strategies and refining rehabilitation protocols to further improve patient care and recovery processes.
